Independent Living:

To complete the continuum of care, Duplex Town Homes are available for those individuals who desire a more independent style of living without the worry and burden of upkeep and maintenance of a house. The Town Homes, which are located just east of the Vinton Lutheran Home campus, provide a unique lifestyle with privacy and self-reliance.

Each of our elegant fourteen Town Homes feature two bedrooms, spacious living area, two bathrooms, four-season sun room, attached garage and private entrance. Other amenities include a self-cleaning stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, individual heat/air conditioning and emergency call system. Each Town Home can be decorated to meet the resident’s personal tastes. The coziness is further enhanced by the close proximity of shopping areas, churches and other social functions within the community. The residents of the Town Homes are eligible to receive any of the available services provided by the Lutheran Home Health Care Program (an individual charge is assessed for services provided).
