The Residents at the Davenport Lutheran Home enjoyed one of their favorite late summer activities this week–shucking and eating sweetcorn! The residents had a blast reminiscing about summers past and growing up on delicious Iowa corn! What a fun afternoon!
The Vinton Lutheran Home residents were amazed this week during the Solar Eclipse! Many residents commented that this would probably be the neatest solar event that they would see in their lifetime!
